No, the date reported is the date of release by the manufacturer. Delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control. However, we try to ship as quickly as possible.

How can I purchase a product that is not available?

Can I change my payment method after placing my order?
No, once the order is confirmed, the payment method cannot be changed.
How can I get an invoice?
To request an invoice, simply send an email to servizioclienti@otakura.com. The invoice request must contain:

- VAT number
- Full address
- Unique code and/or PEC
