What are Pre-Orders?
Some products in our catalog are available for pre-order before their official release date. This allows you to reserve your item and receive it immediately after it becomes available.
How does it work?
- Release Date: Each pre-sale product will have an expected release date clearly indicated on the product page.
- Communication: If there are any delays in the release date from suppliers, we will notify you immediately.
What You Need to Know
- Shipments: Shipments generally take place within 24-48 working hours from the release date.
- Mixed Orders: If your order includes both pre-sale products and in-stock products, we will ship everything together once all items are ready.
Important Details
- Additional Costs: Separating mixed orders may result in additional shipping costs.
- Liability: Otakura is not responsible for any cancellations by suppliers, but in such cases we will inform you and proceed with the refund.
Definitions
- "Working hours" means weekdays from Monday to Friday.
