What Are Pre-order?
In our catalog, some products are available for pre-sale before their official launch. This allows you to secure the product at the list price and receive it immediately after it becomes available. You have 14 days to cancel a pre-order, in accordance with Article 52 of the Consumer Code. You can cancel your pre-ordered item by sending a request to the email address info@otakura.com. We invite you to carefully read the following information before proceeding with your purchase.
