National Delivery: We ship throughout Italy, unless legal or product-specific restrictions. Delivery time estimates are available on the checkout page.

Timing: As a rule, deliveries take place within 24/48 working hours (Monday to Friday), except in exceptional circumstances.

Free Shipping in Italy: For orders over €69.00 VAT included, shipping is free. For lower amounts the costs are borne by the Customer and determined for each shipment , based on the courier chosen by the customer and the amount spent as per the criteria indicated in the following table.

Below are the official couriers for shipments to Italy:

BRT
  • €6.90 (VAT included)
  • Free for purchases of an amount equal to or greater than €69.00 (VAT included).
  • Average delivery times: 1-4 working days starting from the moment of delivery of the goods to the courier.

BRT Fermopoint

  • €6.90 (VAT included).
  • Free for purchases of an amount equal to or greater than €69.00

For shipments to Europe:

UPS

  • €14.99 (VAT included)
  • Average delivery times: 2-6 working days starting from the moment of delivery of the goods to the courier.

Multiple Orders: It is possible to split an order into multiple packages, but in this case shipping costs will be applied for each package.

Returns Policies

Standard Return: New items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unconditional.

Refund: Full refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Return costs: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer . If the Customer receives parcels visibly damaged (Art. 6.4) by the courier and/or carrier, (broken or visibly damaged packaging) we will proceed as follows:

  • For orders with multiple packages: Please only refuse the damaged package and return it to the sender. We will contact the customer to arrange a replacement or refund of the damaged product.
  • For orders consisting of a single package: Refuse the entire shipment and return it to the sender. Again, we will contact the customer immediately to discuss replacement or refund options. If the damaged product is out of stock, the customer will be informed of the available alternatives: replacement with an item of equal value and characteristics, or refund of the amount paid.

How to Make a Return: Requests to cancel an order must be communicated to the email address servizioclienti@otakura.com .

Such requests must necessarily indicate:
  • Name and surname of the applicant;
  • Reference code of the order you wish to cancel.

The possibility to cancel an order is available exclusively for orders that are not already being prepared in our warehouse. If the order has already been prepared or sent, the only remaining option is to exercise the right of withdrawal or proceed with a return for change of mind.

In the event that cancellation is requested in good time, we will proceed with the refund of the amount already paid. Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase, and will be completed without any additional cost within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the actual confirmation of the cancellation (Art.7.4 ) .

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons specified in these Terms and Conditions

Consumer Rights: Our returns policy does not affect your legal rights, including the Right to Withdraw within 14 days of delivery.
